Olympic silver medallist heptathlon athlete
 
Heather is a British modern penathlete and a former World Number One and Junior World Champion. Originally from Plymouth, her career high is a silver medal at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in the Individual Modern Pentathlon.
 
Her other achievements include a bronze at the 2007 World Cup in Moscow, gold and silver at the 2007 European Championships in Riga, silver medal at the 2009 European Championships and another silver at the World Cup in Chengdu, China in 2011. She was also a silver medalist at the World Cups in both 2011 and 2012.
Fell has a degree in physiotherapy at Brunel University where she combined her studies with intensive training. Following her retirement, she is pursuing a career in media, working as a BBC reporter during the games in London in 2012.
