MEMBERSHIP OFFICER 

We are looking to recruit a friendly, super-organised, multi-tasking, detail-orientated person to be responsible for the processing and profiling of data relating to the athletes and volunteers of Special Olympics GB.

Working to the Head of Finance and Operations, you will provide administrative support to the National Office staff team in order to ensure that the registration processes for new athletes, volunteers and clubs are completed in a timely fashion and compliant with organisational procedures.  While at the same time, ensuring the data captured and information held on the Special Olympics GB membership is kept accurate and up to date.

You must be able to analyse data when required and be able to demonstrate extensive experience of working with office tools such as MS Excel MS Word, Powerpoint) with knowledge and experience of web-based applications and working with a volunteer workforce.  Knowledge of the issues surrounding the holding and processing of personal data is a must.   

So if you are an organised, people person with good communication skills who is solution orientated, can manage multiple tasks efficiently and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to help out in other areas of the organisation when needed, this is the job for you!
