Are you interested in becoming a Special Olympics GB athlete, or know someone who is?
If the answer is yes, then please read on.
Anyone with intellectual disabilities can take in the Special Olympics programme regardless of their age or ability level.
Special Olympics GB offers a full range of training sessions and competitions in both summer and winter sports to all people with intellectual disabilities in Great Britain. We also have a Young Athletes Programme™ for children aged between 2-7 years.
During the registration process, you will have to answer some questions about your intellectual disabilities to make sure you are able to compete as a Special Olympics GB athlete, but our volunteers will help and make it as simple as possible.
