Special Olympics GB Club Information Guide

‘The newly launched Special Olympics GB Club Info Guide has been designed to respond directly to club and member questions and feedback, and overall help clubs access information they need more easily. The guide is being released in stages, with sections covering accreditation, athletes and competition available now. Further sections covering volunteering/coaching, finance/fundraising, policies/insurance and club development are still to come early 2025. This is a work in progress as we continue to build on an improve member resources over time.’

Data & Insights

Special Olympics GB has a member and insights led approach when it comes to development, and so it is important for us to share with our network of members some valuable insights and resources that might be of interest for both organisational awareness and also more practically in things like funding applications.

We are continually improving our processes around data collection and insights evaluation and encourage clubs and programmes to explore these valuable resources available across the sector, highlighting the importance of the Special Olympics GB movement and the impact we have in the sector and beyond.

For more information about Special Olympics GB data and insights, please get in touch with us on membership@sogb.org.uk.
